Thank you for choosing Fare County! By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before making any bookings.
1. Introduction
Fare County provides travel management services as an intermediary between travelers and suppliers (such as airlines, hotels, or other service providers). While we strive to ensure reliable travel experiences, we do not guarantee or insure the quality, financial standing, or performance of any supplier. Fare County is not liable for any act, omission, error, delay, default, negligence, financial insolvency, accident, loss, or non-performance caused by a third-party supplier.
Once travel services are purchased, Fare County cannot be held responsible for pricing changes, schedule modifications, or other adjustments made by airlines or suppliers. Refunds, when permitted, may involve additional fees once tickets are issued.

-
In such cases, Fare County will notify you promptly with revised options.
-
You may choose to proceed with the updated fare or cancel at no cost.
-
Fare County disclaims responsibility for fare changes beyond our control.
6. Travel Documents and Entry Requirements
Passports & Visas:
-
A valid passport is mandatory for international travel.
-
Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining visas or other entry documentation.
-
Fare County is not liable for denied entry or boarding due to missing/incomplete travel documents.
Health Regulations:
-
Travelers must review all health, quarantine, and vaccination requirements for their destinations and transits.
-
Airlines may require health declaration forms at check-in. Allow extra time at the airport.
-
Some countries mandate proof of vaccinations (e.g., Yellow Fever). Confirm with the airline or embassy before departure.
Entry Requirements:
-
Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee entry into the destination or transit country.
-
Travelers must verify requirements with official government sources. Fare County is not responsible for entry denials.
7. Taxes and Government Fees
Ticket prices may include government-imposed taxes and fees, shown either as part of the total fare or separately in the “TAXES” section of the ticket. These charges can form a significant portion of your total travel cost.
9. Check-in and Baggage Policies
-
For travelers with extended layovers (over six hours) or connecting flights involving multiple airlines, it may be necessary to retrieve luggage at the connecting airport and re-check it before continuing the journey.
-
Transit visa requirements vary by country; it is the traveler’s responsibility to confirm requirements with the relevant airline, embassy, or consulate.
-
Additional baggage fees imposed by airlines are the sole responsibility of the traveler. Most airlines now charge for checked baggage, including the first bag. Fees typically range from USD 15–50 or more per bag, depending on size and weight.
-
Baggage fees must be paid directly to the airline. For the latest policies and costs, please contact the airline before travel.
10. Responsibilities
-
Fare County acts solely as an agent for airlines and travel providers. We are not responsible for service failures by airlines or third parties.
-
Airlines are solely liable for delays, damages, or lost luggage. Any refunds or compensation for such incidents are the responsibility of the airline.
-
Travelers are responsible for checking all details on their tickets/itineraries (travel dates, names, destinations). Errors not reported promptly release Fare County from liability.
-
Fare County has no control over ticket price displays. Some tickets may show values that differ from the fare charged (higher, lower, BT, or BULK fares).
-
Fare County reserves the right to refuse service or ticketing if payment details cannot be verified, cardholder authorization is not obtained, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
11. Payment Policy
-
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Diners Club.
-
Reservations are not final until ticketed and confirmed.
-
To protect customers, billing addresses and other details are verified with card companies. Until verification is complete, fares are subject to change.
-
Fare County is not liable for declined transactions, delays in card verification, or fare adjustments that may occur during processing.
Authorization & Cardholder Responsibility:
-
The cardholder must authorize any third-party use of their credit card.
-
Invalid cards, insufficient funds, or missing/incorrect details will result in delayed processing until resolved directly with the cardholder.
-
Customers are fully liable for all payments, disputes, fraud, or chargebacks relating to their bookings. Any chargeback will incur a USD 50 reprocessing fee per passenger.
How Charges Appear on Your Statement:
-
Charges may appear as multiple transactions (e.g., “airline name + agency fee”).
-
In some cases, they may appear as a single combined charge from Fare County.
-
In other cases, they may appear under the airline’s name for each passenger.
-
Regardless of format, the total charged equals the agreed booking amount. Please review your statement carefully.
For billing concerns, contact our 24/7 helpline before initiating a chargeback.
12. 3D Secure 2 Verification
-
Fare County uses 3D Secure 2 authentication for added security in online payments. This industry-standard two-factor system protects against fraud by requiring verification through your bank’s authentication page. By agreeing to our Terms & Conditions, you authorize Fare County to complete this verification process.

Airline ticket: USD 0–28+ (per passenger)
-
Car booking: USD 5

For urgent or last-minute travel, additional processing/security fees may apply. These cover fraud prevention, card verification, and system checks to ensure secure ticketing.
-
Important: Service charges are non-refundable and may be incurred for cancellations or modifications in addition to airline penalties.

-
All bookings with Fare County are governed by California law.
-
Any disputes or legal claims must be filed in the Los Angeles court district, under the jurisdiction of our corporate office.
-
The prevailing party in any legal action will be entitled to recover legal fees, court costs, and related expenses.
